Shipping Policy

You are responsible for inbound shipping. America Ship is not responsible for any damage or loss of the inbound shipments. We partner with reliable carriers in Mexico to deliver your outbound shipments to your destination. Insurance with those carriers should be purchased separately. America Ship is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of your packages.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Use your common sense to judge whether some products are prohibited. Details for Country Conditions for Mailing – Mexico.

We will not transport any goods which are liquid and volume more than 100ml or 3.5 oz.

No compensation are given to damaged or lost liquid packages or parcels.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend transportation of any package which does not meet our requirements.

Please also note that the shipping rates are dimensional weight based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
